From the get-go she was open, kind, and generous. She did her best to help out Mako and Bolin and Korra. When Mako started straying, she didn’t hang back - she confronted him, honestly. Standing up for her ideals even against her own father, going as far as to fight against him, she showed incredible integrity and bravery throughout almost every second she was on the screen.

And basically no one fucking appreciated her.
